IT IS WRONG
IT IS NOT
He strives to find purpose and overly expresses his desires. He needs a lot of people around him but ends up having the best people around him but does not know how to manage their skills efficiently. He recognizes that he is not perfect but he only tries to improve in areas that bring him closer to the outside world. He has great skill and should be a great achiever but he fails to use the skill he already processes to the maxim, instead he learns new skills and on reaching his self imposed limit, he moves on to the next area

This is the basic ideology of a public leader. He consciously tries to fix conflict among any team he belongs to and swiftly rises to the top. He processes a strong people sense and consciously tries to build both personal and business connections. He is often a great achiever whose “I can do better” belief keeps pushing him to greater heights
He is an overly detailed person who spends time finding the reason why things should be done that way but has very poor communication skills. This allows him to be bullied by the more expressed people and when asked to state his case, his simple answer is “THEY CAN’T UNDERSTAND” but can they really understand?
